Rat Removal in Terrace House, Aylesbury – July 2026
Old Bills Pest Control attended a terrace in Aylesbury after the client reported two rat sightings. We traced entry routes to gaps behind skirting and a rear manhole. On the visit we placed a baited wire in the rear manhole, another behind kitchen kickplates, and two tamper-resistant bait stations in the garden to monitor activity and establish a controlled approach. This staged treatment aims to confirm access points and reduce the infestation, offering peace of mind and ongoing pest control tailored to the property.

Old Bills Pest Control attended a rural two-storey detached home on a private road in Amersham after wasp activity was reported. Our Client Reviews
Twas the eve before Christmas... We opened up our utility room to see clear evidence of rats! As we have a little one, we were so nervous. John and the were there in hour. They secured the area, setup cameras and ensured we never would have them again, HIGHLY reccommend these legends
We had a great experience with Mark to resolve a persistent rodent problem in our home.
Rang for some advice about a fly infestation. Few questions over the phone and a few photos sent with the problem. Graeme offered some great advice to handle the issue myself and to call back in a week if it still persists. Really Honest company giving advice and not taking money for something that could be handled myself. More than helpful and accommodating. Have used previously for wasp nests - will always be my first port of call

About Aylesbury
Aylesbury’s mix of residential developments, rural surroundings, farmland, waterways and commercial premises creates ideal conditions for a variety of pest species. Rats and mice are commonly found around drainage systems and food waste areas, while wasps become active during the summer months. Bird activity around commercial buildings and solar panels is also a common issue across Aylesbury and the surrounding Buckinghamshire villages.
