After 30 years in police work, Dave entered pest control in 2010.
Dave gained his qualification in public health pest control through the Royal Society of Public Health in 2011 before launching ‘Old Bill’s Pest Control’ in January 2012.
Dave is based in Amersham and helps cover South Bucks, Herts, Middlesex and North West London.
Roy entered the pest control industry over 25 years ago and is by far our most experienced member of staff to date.
Roy obtained his qualifications through the Royal Society of Health in 1993.
Since that time he has been head of pest control at High Wycombe District Council before the service were outsourced to the private sector.
Roy is also a keen bee keeper, enjoying collecting swarms in May to June to add to his collection of hives
Roy joined 'Old Bill's in June 2015.
Based in High Wycombe he covers the Wycombe and Berkshire areas.
Chris is another member of the team with almost 30 years experience within the pest control industry.
He was the head of Stevenage Council pest control division prior to this service being outsourced.
Chris has a particular interest in venemous snakes and spiders and consults for the NPTA and BPCA on these creatures.
Chris is based in Stevenage.
Graeme is also a retired Police Officer, serving 30+ years with the Metropolitan Police in London.
After joining Old Bills Pest Control he worked as a front-line technician and is RSPH Level II Certified.
He has now taken on an admin and office role for the company, managing call receipts,
Vehicle tracking and the Voice Over The Internet Protocol (voip) systems.
When Graeme is not at work he is a keen ornithologist and photographer.
He is also a qualified Marine Biologist specialising in Cetacean Research and a Marine Mammal Surveyor
for numerous companies in the UK.
Graeme enjoys nothing more than travelling the world to take part in these activities.
As a senior technician, Jack is one of our longest and most experienced team members.
Here is a man who loves what he does, and constantly strives to uphold our mission statement to 'Be the best at what we do in everything we do.
He has acquired the nickname of 'The Warthog,' due to his ability to keep performing even in the most testing of circumstances.
As well as being fully qualified, Jack is another proud holder of the 'Old Bills' Baseball cap.
He has a number of additional roles and responsibilities.
As our chief instructor, he continuously provides support and mentoring for new team members.
A strong family man, Jack lives in Prestwood. As such he is primarily responsible for the Prestwood, Missenden, Amersham, High Wycombe, Princess Risborough and Aylesbury areas.
Another long term, highly experienced member of the team. Jamie is again fully qualified and the proud holder of the 'Old Bills' baseball cap.
To say that Jamie has grown during his time as part of the team would be a massive understatement.
He now covers many of our most difficult areas and takes on many of our most challenging jobs. This includes, but is not limited to working alongside Dave and Buddy to deal with well established bed bug treatments.
Jamie's desire to constantly increase his effectiveness as a pest controller is only matched by his frustration when overcoming behavioural or genetic resistance of certain pest species.
Jamie's hobbies include photography and hiking.
Based in Abbots Langley, Jamie is currently responsible for the Harrow, Watford, Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, St Albans and Hemel areas.
Paul had been working for a multi national food company for 30 years, in charge of food hygiene and Pest Control.
Having joined Old Bills pest control in 2020, Paul is part of the Commercial team, specialising in food production facilities & domestic customers in the Thame area.
Paul is also loving the variety of meeting new customers.
Jo has been a qualified EHP (Environmental Health Practitioner) since 2008, working within Local Government on many aspects of environmental health.
Based in Hertfordshire, Jo has been working with Old Bill's Pest Control for five years, providing advice to both Old Bill's and Commercial businesses, helping them prepare their food hygiene standards prior to an EHO inspection.
Jo is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, a qualified pest controller, and an avid mushroom hunter. You can usually find her scouring local woods for fungi and litterpicking!
Tracy joined the Old Bills Team in 2024 when she took on the vitally important role of Service Agreement Manager for commercial customers.
She is excelling in this role, undertaking internal audits, providing continuity and building long term relationships with our customers.
Tracy also ensures that external audits go smoothly for our customers through access to their individual portals, ensuring easy access to all relevant reports and compliance documentation.
A relative newcomer to the team, Adam also has his own business as a carpet and hard floor cleaner.
Adam is looking to develop an area of expertise in camera surveys of drains.
This will be a valuable addition enabling us to provide an even better level of service and become 'The best at what we do in everything we do'.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys pumping weights in the gym and socialising with friends.
Nothing like keeping it in the family!
John has become an experienced member of the team and works with us whenever available alongside his other commitments.
Currently working towards his formal qualifications, he will no doubt soon get his hands on the coveted 'Old Bills' baseball cap.
As well as developing his skills as a pest controller, he is an accomplished horse rider, loves collectable cars (especially fast ones) and taking lengthy dog walks around South Bucks.
Another relative newcomer to the team, Mark also joined us in 2024 as a second career.
Previously Mark ran his own very successful engineering company and has brought that knowledge and experience with him to help us grow our team.
Mark has been taking direction from Tracy for over 40 years, and is also excelling in his new role!
Mark is about to become fully qualified at Level 2 through the RSPH and will no doubt soon become the proud owner of the coveted Old Bills Baseball Cap!
Based in Iver, Mark's primary areas are Iver, Hillingdon, Denham, The Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross areas.
Dave has been a valued member of the Team for approximately 4 years.
He is a fully qualified RSPH level 2 pest controller and has a special role within the team as part of the bedbug team.
Dave is the owner and handler of our very own bed bug detection dog 'Buddy,'
Based in Chesham, Dave primarily covers Chesham, Tring, Berkhamsted, Aylesbury and Hemel areas.
He is a keen boxer and does much to support the local community with his efforts in running the Chesham Boxing Club.
